Elizabeth Cronise McLaughlin has spent more than 40 years as an activist, organizer, and movement leader.
She worked on her first political campaign before she was old enough to vote and has since organized and advocated on issues including apartheid, ACT UP and the fight for LGBTQ+ rights, police violence, immigrant detention and persecution, voting rights, democracy protection, and many other social justice issues.
She has also consulted on multiple campaigns for candidates for the U.S. House and Senate as well as state and local office, and has appeared as a commentator and thought leader on CNN, CNBC, HuffPost Live, and numerous other national media outlets. Her YouTube channel on political news and activism has reached over 8 million people. Her organizing work has included everything from small community organizations to a global mass mobilization in 800+ cities worldwide.Before founding her consulting business, Elizabeth spent 15 years as a human rights lawyer and securities fraud litigator on Wall Street, representing clients in complex, high-stakes matters.
In 2011, she founded what would become an internationally recognized leadership and political consulting firm, where she has spent fifteen years training tens of thousands of people to stand up to authoritarianism, organize effectively, build lasting movements for change, and develop powerful leadership skills. Her clients have included major nationwide non-profits, progressive politicians, public figures, and companies at the top of the Fortune 500.

Mobilize 2026 is hosted on a private online community platform where you'll access your weekly trainings, coaching call recordings, discussion spaces, and program resources.
Your privacy matters to us.
No one is admitted to the community without enrolling in the program and agreeing to our Community Guidelines.
No one outside the program can see that you are a member.
We never harvest, share, or sell your personal data.
We intentionally chose an independent platform because we believe learning, organizing, and community-building shouldn't depend on algorithm-driven social media. Our community is a safe, focused space where members can connect, ask questions, collaborate, and support one another throughout the program.

We are able to offer a limited number of full and partial scholarships for Mobilize 2026.
We will not be able to offer scholarships to all those who may want them, and for that reason scholarships will be awarded by application only. Our team will review scholarship applications and make determinations on a rolling basis while registration for Mobilize 2026 is open.Because scholarship funding is extremely limited, we ask that you not apply if you can afford the program tuition, and that you are honest about this. Our goal is to ensure that financial circumstances aren't a barrier for people who are deeply committed to protecting democracy.
Scholarships are reserved for applicants who can demonstrate:
Serious, ongoing and demonstrable financial need.
A genuine commitment to taking action consistent with the principles, themes, and training provided in Mobilize 2026.
A willingness to actively participate in the program and put what they learn into practice.
