THE ROAD TO HOPE

A four-week activist program on how to survive the current moment, build community, and create change
With Elizabeth Cronise McLaughlin

The current political landscape is absolutely overwhelming. With the end of Roe, gun violence proliferation, Supreme Court destruction of the EPA, and so much more, it may feel like we’re frozen, unable to move, and unclear on where to direct our energy, time and activist efforts.

That’s why this summer, we’re bringing you a tight four week program on how to survive the current moment so that you can fight on.

Every week, we’ll focus on one topic that will keep you in balance and help you drive your activism in the right direction without sacrificing your sanity.

Through weekly calls, bonus meditations and more, we’ll help you to make an impact while stabilizing your emotions and your direction.

Join us for four weeks of community, activation, and mental health.

The Road To Hope: An Activist Program

Elizabeth Cronise McLaughlin, lifelong activist, world-renowned executive and leadership coach, host of the viral daily program The Broadcast with ECM, author of a best-selling book and The Newsletter with ECM, and the Founder of Gaia Project Consulting and The Gaia Leadership Project, created The Road to Hope: A Four Week Activist Program on How to Survive the Current Moment, Build Community, and Create Change, for those who are engaged in mobilizing and organizing others but are struggling in the current environment.

This program incorporates Elizabeth’s decades of experience in coaching leaders to rise, but with an activist bent designed to take your commitment to making the world a better place to the next level while you simultaneously take care of yourself and those you love.

Now is the time to create community and mutual aid with one another for what’s coming next in America.  Support and be supported through these challenging times as we work together to create a better future.

The Road to Hope is here to help you do that.

You’ll have free access to The Atelier for the duration of the RTH Program and then some, a total of about 8 weeks.  If you are already a member of the Atelier, nothing will change for you other than lifetime access to the content as long as you’re a member of Atelier.

Everyone who registers will receive a welcome letter outlining specific RHT instructions.

During the program, your livestreams and content will be released in the member area of private community area. After that, you’ll receive exercises once per week on Friday’s with the livestreams. The exercises are designed to build on each other, so the best way to approach them is to set aside a couple hours each week to work through them before the next ones are released.

RTHis designed to take roughly an hour per week.

The time you invest in the trainings and exercises after you watch the livestream content is really up to you, but roughly an hour per week seems to be the norm. Also, some weeks the exercises take a little more time.

We have a philosophy here at the Gaia Project: there is no behind! We realize that life can sometimes interfere with the time you’ve set aside for RTH work, so please don’t worry when that happens.

That’s why, when you register for RTH, you receive access to all the exercises, plus all the livestream recordings. You can go back to exercises you haven’t completed or that you want to revisit at any time.

If you choose to leave the Atelier after the RTH program is complete, you will lose access to RTH. You are welcome back and we will grant access if you choose to join back at a later date.

We want to make sure you get all your questions answered, so please use the group area to ask your questions or inside of the weekly content.  You can also email us with concerns or questions at info@gaialeadershipproject.com. We’ll respond or direct you to the Gaia Project team member who can best support you.

If you would like to obtain a scholarship, please email  for further instructions.
