Survival Circle

A One-Month Virtual Meetinghouse on How to Survive (and Overcome) in the New Era

We've never lived through a time before that has felt this unstable. All the old rules feel like they don't apply. Even day to day life feels unmanageable because we don't have any idea what's coming next.

You, as a woman leader, feel this most acutely. You're afraid for your friends, your family, your nation. You're addicted to news and social, and it's so hard to focus. It's so much that some days, you just want to feel numb.

Here at the Gaia Project for Women’s Leadership, we get this.

Elizabeth Cronise McLaughlin Resist. Lead. Rise.Every one of us, from the top down, has struggled since January 20th with what to do next. And we’ve had to make some choices— choices grounded in basic survival strategies— just to keep going.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve refined these choices and created conversation within our communities on how to continue to resist, survive, and even overcome in this environment.

Now, we’re sharing them with you.

Program Details

For the month of March, we’re offering a four week experimental program about surviving in the new era— for yourself, at home, at work, and in your community and in the world. Each week, we’ll focus on one of these areas in depth.

Action Sheets

For each of these weeks, we'll be providing you optional Action Sheets— checklists, or oracles if you will— that will offer you a menu of survival options to keep you going. Do all, some or none— you choose. Take what works and leave the rest.

Virtual Meetinghouse

As well, once a week, we'll meet virtually for 90 minutes for strategy, conversation, coaching and community, as an online "virtual meetinghouse." Each of these will be recorded for those who can't attend live.

Our call schedule:
Week 1 – Tuesday, March 7th @ 12pm ET
Week 2 – Tuesday March 14th @ 3pm ET
Week 3 – Tuesday March 21st @ 12pm ET
Week 4 – Tuesday March 28th @ 3pm ET

And lastly, we'll have a closed Facebook group where we'll share, support and assist each other in our progress, survival, resistance, and results as we stabilize ourselves, our lives and our communities.

Elizabeth challenges you to step up into your leadership in all areas of your life by encouraging you to lead as a woman, a woman who has a life, has a business, has a purpose, has a family, and a million other obligations. She encourages you to take care of your whole self and to lead by example by being an example. I love her focus on authenticity and integrity, vulnerability and courage. I’ve felt pushed to step more boldly into my visibility, to stand firmly in my values and vision, and to know with unshaken tenacity that my work matters to the world, to women's leadership."

Because we've never run this program before, we're offering it to you for $99 only.

Registration for the March 2017 session is now closed.
Interested in the next session?

We also hope this price will make this experimental program accessible to virtually everyone who may need it.

Note: because this is an experimental program, it may have a few glitches. We trust you’ll understand. Please note that, as with all our programs, your investment in this one is non-refundable.

We’d love to have you join us in this endeavor. The world needs our voices now more than ever, and our survival is endemic to our success— as leaders, as resisters, as beacons of light.

We look forward to seeing you on the inside.
