This week, we’re dealing with a subject that all of us have had to face at one moment or another, and that subject is shame.
This is a very sensitive topic, and one that haunts people, sometimes for years.
We’ve all made bad choices in life– choices we wouldn’t make again– and we’ve all had experiences that have embarrassed us. However, when those choices and experiences follow us around and undermine our self-esteem, they need to be addressed.
