Today I’m talking about the number one question I get asked when I teach seminars at executive organizations and corporations.  Surprisingly, it’s not about promotions or job transitions.  The question I get asked the most is “how do I find a good mentor?”

Everyone I encounter craves good mentors, yet few know how to find them.  Fewer still know what to do to cultivate those relationships once they’ve got them.

And so, today I’m offering you a few quick tips on identifying and cultivating good mentoring relationships.  Check out the video below.
