Gaia Women Lead
Heroines, Change and Building the Future
Gaia Women Lead is an intimate conference for activist women leaders committed to social, political and professional change.
Known for creating safe space for creative and challenging conversations, Gaia Women Lead brings together some of the brightest names in women’s leadership for conversations on how to build the world we want to live in.
Participants in our past events rave about the skills, talents, medicine, magic, strength and tools that they’ve learned from being with us for three dynamic days.
We are a collective of heroines, and we invite you to join us in May, 2018 to bring your voice to the table as well.
Wednesday May 2: Join us for an early evening opening circle and cocktail reception on bluffs overlooking the ocean (or start early with an add-on intensive with Elizabeth– more on that below).
Thursday May 3: Join us for a full day of panels, keynotes, networking and discussion on leading change and building the future of women’s leadership, followed by an optional VIP dinner with Elizabeth.
Friday May 4: Our closing day will include additional panels and keynotes, remarks from Elizabeth, and a closing circle before we depart for the weekend (or stay put in Santa Barbara for a little bit more relaxation!).
The Ritz-Carlton Bacara is located just outside of Santa Barbara, California, right on the Pacific Ocean.
With luxury accommodations, lush grounds, world-class and award-winning food and wine, our venue invites us to transformation in deep comfort and powerful rest.
Our event schedule will allow plenty of time to enjoy all that Bacara has to offer, whether that includes a massage, a walk on the beach, or relaxing by the pool with friends.
Build Your Future.
Do I Belong at Gaia Women Lead?
The short answer is: YES!
Gaia Women Lead is for any woman who believes she is an activist in some area of her life—that can be in volunteer work, how you’re raising your family, in a corporate environment, in the political arena, or as an entrepreneur.
But if you still have questions, we encourage you to explore the following resources:
So what’s my investment to get in the door?
Gaia Women Lead is $1999– with a payment plan available!***
Many participants have successfully sought corporate reimbursement for their participation in our programs through their employer’s professional development budget. We encourage you to explore whether this option is available to you, and are happy to support you in doing so if need be– just click here to contact us.
Here at the Gaia Project, we’re committed to offering our programs to women who may not have the financial means. A limited number of scholarships will be available for those who need it most. The scholarship application period closed March 1st.
If you can afford the program, we encourage you to register. If you’re interested in sponsoring another woman, please reach out to us.
***Please note that travel and accommodation expenses are not included in the event price. We have negotiated a special contracted rate with The Ritz Carlton Bacara of $299 per night for as long as rooms are available. Please contact Jose.Hernandez@ritzcarlton.
Additionally, we’ve got two dynamic add-ons this year.
