Gaia Women Lead
Now more than ever, the world needs women leaders who are willing to take a stand for what they believe in. Will you be one of them?
If you’re like us, recent global events have left you wondering about the state of women’s leadership worldwide. As change agents, compassionate leaders, and women on a mission, where do we go from here?
Here at The Gaia Project for Women’s Leadership, we lead the conversation on how women leaders can rise— not just as executives and entrepreneurs, but as activists and change agents.
And we believe that in volatile times, the first place we need to turn is toward each other.
We believe that when powerhouse women get together, there’s nothing we can’t accomplish.
And for that reason, the Gaia Project for Women’s Leadership is proud to announce our first-ever live conference: Gaia Women Lead: A Global Conference for Change-Agent Women Leaders.
Helmed by Elizabeth Cronise McLaughlin, a celebrated executive coach, entrepreneur and the Founder of the Gaia Project for Women’s Leadership, and featuring keynotes from Amanda Steinberg, Joanna Pena-Bickley, Lindsay Pera, and dozens of iconic women leaders who create change by living completely in their gifts, advocating for others, and collaborating to change the world, Gaia Women Lead promises to be a game-changing conference for all who attend.
Here’s what Gaia Women Lead entails:
We’ll kick-off with circle building and connection in the early evening of May 17th in New York City.
On May 18th and 19th, we’ll convene for a series of keynotes and panels on topics such as Women and Money: Using Wealth for Change, Women and Tech: Leading the Next Industrial Revolution, Women in Office: Social Activism and Politics, and Women in the C-Suite: Policy and Advocacy.
We’ll also host breakout sessions on topics like health and wellness, intuitive alignment, non-violent communication, and building male allies in leadership.
As a part of your participation in the conference, you’ll get access to a private Facebook group, where we’ll discuss our progress, our goals and our plans for the future, and where you’ll get access to many of our storied guests.
You’ll get access to our entire library of interviews with powerful women leaders on today’s hottest topics— folks like Amanda Steinberg, Ali Brown, and others.
And you’ll build relationships and connections to last a lifetime as you become the change you wish to see in the world.
So why this conference, and why now?

She believes that empowered, enlightened women have an incredible opportunity at this critical juncture in history to effect change that benefits all of us by advocating for ourselves and eachother, working to change policies, politics and workplace culture, and rising to new heights of success.
Gaia Women Lead, our first live event, is an opportunity to bring together women leaders worldwide to join the conversation on becoming a powerful force for change— a conversation that is so desperately needed right now.
