Elizabeth’s process works because once you’ve got the words on the page, you do the work to train your brain to really believe that your goals are possible.
You set intentions and you take action. Essentially, by breaking your vision down into achievable goals, you become the person you’ve envisioned. You’ll have so many reasons to celebrate!
