About Shayna Sheinfeld
Shayna Sheinfeld (Ph.D., McGill University) specializes in supporting those in academia—faculty, advanced graduate students, administration, and staff. A survivor of the ivory tower herself, Shayna employs a holistic approach, working with her clients to help them find their voice, know their worth, and remember that focusing on the whole person will make for a better scholar and teacher. In addition to coaching for academics, Shayna also provides writing support and guidance for the job market.
She runs writing retreats for academic women/non-binary folks, and hosts job market support groups. For staff and administration, Shayna offers leadership workshops and is also a trained facilitator in intergroup dialogue. Shayna also speaks in the community and in universities in areas related to leadership, interfaith dialogue, gender, diversity/inclusion, and her research areas of Judaism, apocalypses/end-of-the-world scenarios, early Christianity, and Jewish/Christian relations.
