Gaia Women Lead

May 17 - 19, 2017 | New York City
A Global Conference for Change-Agent Women in Leadership

Now more than ever, the world needs women leaders who are willing to take a stand for what they believe in. Will you be one of them?

If you’re like us, recent global events have left you wondering about the state of women’s leadership worldwide. As change agents, compassionate leaders, and women on a mission, where do we go from here?

Here at The Gaia Project for Women’s Leadership, we lead the conversation on how women leaders can rise— not just as executives and entrepreneurs, but as activists and change agents.

And for that reason, the Gaia Project for Women’s Leadership is proud to announce our first-ever live conference: Gaia Women Lead: A Global Conference for Change-Agent Women Leaders.

Helmed by Elizabeth Cronise McLaughlin, a celebrated executive coach, entrepreneur and the Founder of the Gaia Project for Women’s Leadership, and featuring keynotes from Amanda Steinberg, Joanna Pena-Bickley, Lindsay Pera, and dozens of iconic women leaders who create change by living completely in their gifts, advocating for others, and collaborating to change the world, Gaia Women Lead promises to be a game-changing conference for all who attend.

Elizabeth challenges you to step up into your leadership in all areas of your life by encouraging you to lead as a woman, a woman who has a life, has a business, has a purpose, has a family, and a million other obligations. She encourages you to take care of your whole self and to lead by example by being an example. I love her focus on authenticity and integrity, vulnerability and courage. I’ve felt pushed to step more boldly into my visibility, to stand firmly in my values and vision, and to know with unshaken tenacity that my work matters to the world, to the future of women’s leadership."

Why this conference, and why now?

ELIZABETH CRONISE MCLAUGHLIN is a storied Executive Coach and serial entrepreneur who has dedicated her life and career to uplifting women in the workplace. Elizabeth founded The Gaia Project for Women’s Leadership as a way to propel forward women executives who want to change their lives, their work and their world for the better as the next generation of women leaders. A life-long feminist activist and leader, Elizabeth believes that women’s leadership has never been more critical than it is today.

Here’s what others have said about her:

“A top New York career coach.” -CNN

“Elizabeth Cronise McLaughlin knows what it’s like to be a powerful woman in the workforce, [as well as] the financial and emotional challenges.” -HuffPost Live

“Elizabeth McLaughlin . . . is helping women from all walks of life . . . .” -Ali Brown

As an ex-Wall Street lawyer, the CEO of her own consulting firm and the Founder of the Gaia Project for Women’s Leadership, Elizabeth has faced down the masculine model of leadership for her entire career.

She believes that empowered, enlightened women have an incredible opportunity at this critical juncture in history to effect change that benefits all of us by advocating for ourselves and each other, working to change policies, politics and workplace culture, and rising to new heights of success.

Gaia Women Lead, our first live event, is an opportunity to bring together women leaders worldwide to join the conversation on becoming a powerful force for change— a conversation that is so desperately needed right now.

Participating in the Gaia Project for Women’s Leadership has been an unexpectedly transformative experience and it has introduced me to a like-minded community of conscious, intelligent women. If you are considering joining The Gaia Project, it will open up your world."
